One of Teddington’s favourite restaurants, the Chinese Ho Me in Church Road is up for sale after its popular and friendly owners decided to retire.

The restaurant is on the market for £150.000 with a lease lasting until 2036 with a weekly turnover of £5000 and a 65% profit.

Owners, Patrick and Helen Tsang, who have run the 25-seater restaurant for the last seven years are selling up so they can retire.

The restaurant has a front seating area for six people as well as a garden.

Under Patrick and Helen’s management the restaurant has operated from Tuesday until Saturday  12 noon – 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm. -10 pm.

The local restaurant sector is generally experiencing a tough market because of cost of living challenges.
