TEDDINGTON POLICE TEAM HOST COMMUNITY EVENT
This is you chance to talk face to face about your community concerns with the local Police in Teddington.
The police will be holding a New Met for London event at the Normansfield Theatre at Langdon Park Centre on August 15 between 12pm and 2pm. (ARRIVALS 11.30AM ONWARDS)
The event will be ticketed and is organised by the Teddington Ward Neighbourhood Policing Team
Last month retailers expressed their concerns about what they considered an increase in local crime in High Street and Broad Street and discussed the installation of CCTV cameras.
The invitation says: “Come and find out and influence how the Metropolitan Police Service is changing to deliver more trust, less crime and high standards for Londoners.
“We’d love you to join officers in conversation to explore what our new plan, A New Met for London, created following feedback from 10.000 community members, partners and Met people, will mean for improved policing for your local communities.
“Come and join us and share your views.”
A buffet lunch will be provided for those who attend.
Tickets can be booked at www.langdontowncentre.org.uk
