GRAND REOPENING OF TEDDINGTON’S M & S
Queues formed earlier today for the eagerly-awaited reopening of the Marks & Spencer Food Hall in Teddington’s High Street after a seven week closure to upgrade the store.
The smiling staff were joined by Percy Pig for the grand opening and the first 100 customers were surprised with a free Percy Pig M & S tote bag.
The car park, which had also been closed, reopened today and by mid-morning queues were formed back on to the main road.
Other local retailers were also concerned about the closure as it impacted dramatically on the daily footfall on the High Street and reduced customer numbers.
