BUY A BRICK APPEAL TO SUPPORT CHURCH FUNDRAISER
The St Mary with Alban Church Building Project, which is aiming to raise £1million has launched a Buy a Brick campaign to allow local supporters to be part of the historic community project in the heart of Teddington.
One hundred limited edition fundraising bricks are available for £100 each and purchasers will will be invited to the opening ceremony as well being offered a place on the Bricklayer of Wall of Fame in the Project’s Commemorative Book of Donors on the website.
Buy a Brick will help improve the accessibility of the Church by adding a meeting room, toilets, kitchenette and facilities for choir and clergy to this historic Church.
Only THIRTY bricks remain available.
It will help provide:
- Two toilets – one accessible, including baby-changing facilities
- Multi-use meeting space – for community activities, Children’s Church, as well as concerts, workshops and school visits
- Kitchenette – to offer drinks and simple refreshments
- Step-free entrance via the churchyard – to enable easy access to the new space from the church and the churchyard
