TEDDINGTON’S CRINKLIE CORNERS IN CANCER APPEAL
We are members of ‘Crinklies Corner’ – former players at Teddington Antlers RFC.
Each year we undertake a new physical challenge to support a selected charity.
This year we have decided to walk the Tamara Trail on the borders of Cornwall and Devon in support of Prostate Cancer UK.
This cause is dear to our hearts because , sadly, this illness has taken some of our very best friends.
So, we want to do our bit to help fight prostate cancer.
The Tamara Trail is a tricky 87 mile pathway.
We plan to walk it in 5 days. This would be tough enough for any group of reasonably fit walkers.
Our average age is well north of 70 years and we carry a number of sport and age-related injuries and conditions – as well as a selection of replacement hips and knees!
It would mean a lot to us if you could help us raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK. Please give as generously as you feel you can to support us.
Thank you
The Crinklies have already raised over £4000. You can donate here.
