GROVE GARDENS FAMILY EVENT WILL BE THIS SUNDAY
The Friends of Grove Gardens in Teddington will now host its open day and bulb planting session on Sunday (Dec 8) following its postponement because of Storm Bert.
There are hundreds of tete-a-tete daffodils to plant. The event starts at .130pm.
All children who participate (under parental supervision) will be given a small bag of bulbs to take home to plant in their own gardens or pots.
Drinks and biscuits will be available to all Grove Gardeners.
The organisers say: “We have been assured that squirrels don’t like these bulbs- so fingers crossed.”
