TRADITIONAL CHARMS OF BUILDERS ARMS

New darts league will be started at The Builders Arms
A quiz night will be introduced on Mondays
The Builders is a proper community pub

The newly-opened Builders Arms pub in the heart of Teddington is restoring traditional pub activities, it was revealed today.

A quiz night will be launched on Monday 27 January and an individual darts league will start on subsequent Mondays.

The pub in Field Lane, which reopened in November after a two year closure, will also be showing The Six Nations rugby fixtures.

Customers will be offered free drinks and pub games will be available. The general knowledge quiz will offer a £50 bar tab for the winning team.

Manager Barry Wilson told Teddington Town: “I wanted thank all of our customers old and new for their support since we reopened.

“Today is 8 weeks since we opened and it’s been so nice to have been welcomed back.
“I feel like we have achieved what we wanted to initially and that was to re-establish The Builders at the heart of the Teddington community.
“We have so much planned for the weeks and months ahead and just want to make people aware that in the immediate future we are holding our inaugural quiz this Monday (27th) and will also be hosting an individual darts league on subsequent Mondays for any budding Luke Littlers out there.
“Of course, The Six Nations begins next week and we will be welcoming everyone in for that, with fun games and free drinks on offer throughout the weekend.
“Please everyone follow us on our website and Instagram to be kept updated on upcoming events.”
