FABIO’S – NEW RESTAURANT IN HAMPTON HILL




A new restaurant called FABIO’S at The Beech House specialising in a tasty selection of Portuguese dishes has opened in the High Street of Hampton Hill.
Owner Fabio Santos says: “With high quality ingredients, authentic flavours and great hospitality, my team and I cannot wait to welcome you.
“It is a huge honour to be introducing Fabio’s to Hampton Hill, and to be able to share all the dishes that remind me of home.
“I have spent over 20 years in the industry and every day I still love my job. I hope the people of Hampton Hill will be as proud of it as I am.”
The restaurant boss was raised in Agueda a small village North of Lisbon, located in the Averio region, one of the most colourful, yet understated destinations in Portugal. With diverse landscapes, this vibrant, artistic area is surrounded by great gastronomy.
Fabio’s brings dishes that have been inspired from both the Averio region as well as the vibrant city of Lisbon.
The menu will be seasonal, and our wines inspired from the Douro Region of Portugal – which offers the best in wine production.
Dishes include SARDINHAS GRELHADAS, a delightful dish of grilled sardines with lemon, garlic, and parsley oil as wel as POLVO A LAGAREIRO, a popular dish of roasted octopus, red pepper, shallots, and crushed garlic potatoes. All the dishes are created by Fabio and his team.
Fabio adds: “We source gluten free bread, pasta and buns to cater for guests with a gluten intolerance. Dishes marked with GF are made with non gluten containing ingredients. Our dishes marked with GFA have non gluten containing alternatives available, and can be altered upon request.
“Despite our best efforts, due to the nature of our kitchens we are unable to guarantee that our dishes are free from any allergen.
“We do not include nuts in any dishes on our main menu, but trace elements may exist in some dishes, and our daily specials and breakfast menu may include nuts. Please inform your server of any allergies that you have.
