HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF TED’S SATURDAY MARKET
PHOTO SPECIAL
Bacon and sausage rolls, hot coffee, exotic soups, fresh bread and croissants, juicy steaks and joints of meat, an eye-watering selection of fruit and vegetables and enough cheese to feed a mouse zoo – Ted’s Market was on fire at the King’s Head car park in Teddington High Street today.
A steady flow of customers visited the market this morning – the second of the year – and with THREE extra traders on parade today, there was even more choice than ever and significant evidence that the Saturday market, which is open from 9am until 2pm, has become a popular fixture.
Organiser Jack Pass was delighted with the turn out today and is determined to introduce other local businesses to the market over the next few months. The next market day will be Saturday, March 29.
