WANTED: FOR SHOPLIFTING IN RICHMOND
The local police have issued a public appeal in their investigation into alleged shoplifting offences in Richmond.
They are looking for Bobbie Tomkins, who is believed to be aged about 40 years old.
Police have urged the public to come forward with any information.
