CONCRETE JUNGLE OFFERS NEW FITNESS PLAN IN TEDDINGTON

A new wellbeing studio is to open in Teddington’s High Street in June, it was confirmed today.
The studio, called Concrete Jungle at 30 High Street says ‘Go where you feel most alive’ and offers yoga classes strength training and meditation.
The business will be run by yoga teacher, Roisin Hope. The Concrete Jungle website describes her background.
“With over 13 years of experience, Roisin is a full-time yoga teacher who created this space with a clear intention: to offer something truly different—modern, honest, and rooted in genuine connection.
“Her journey into yoga began with a desire to become the most flexible person in the room, but it quickly evolved into something much deeper.
“A transformative path of self-discovery, inner strength, and deep confidence.
“This foundation informs her teaching today, where the focus is not just on physical movement, but on helping students build trust in themselves and their practice.
“She looks forward to welcoming you to the studio and sharing the journey.”
According to the website the studio is “Rooted in yoga, driven by rhythm, made for real life.
“A space to connect, empower, and guide you to go where you feel most alive.
“Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a lifelong practice, you’ll find a place here.
“Every journey, every level, everybody is welcome.”
