PLAY PADEL TENNIS AT THE LENSBURY
Padel tennis courts are to be built at the Lensbury Club following a protracted battle with the council to secure planning permission, Teddington Town has learned.
There will be two padel courts at the riverside member’s club as well as three pickleball courts. Both sports are increasingly popular across all age groups.
Construction is due to start in coming weeks.
A spokesperson for the Lensbury said: “We would like to thank all our members for their patience during this process and look forward to sharing more details soon.”
