RAILWAY LINE TRESPASSER DELAYS TEDDINGTON TRAINS

Early morning train services from Teddington were cancelled or delayed today after reports of a ‘trespasser’ on the railway line.
A spokesperson for British Transport Police told Teddington Town: “We were called to the railway line in Teddington at 6.23am on 7 April to reports of a trespasser at the location.
Officers attended and a man was arrested on suspicion of trespass and obstructing the railway.
“He was further arrested for a racially aggravated public order offence before being taken to police custody.”
