YOUR CHANCE TO SUPPORT TEDDINGTON’S UKRAINE MERCY MISSION
This is your chance to show your support for the Teddington-based humanitarian group Mighty Convoy which has raised funds to send ninety nine vehicles and supplies to the Ukraine to help soldiers and civilians.
Led by local businessman Simon Brake, his team has just returned from its 23rd trip to Lviv where it delivered three ambulances and two pick up trucks carrying much-needed medical equipment and books and handmade toys.
During the interval of Saturday’s event Simon and c0-event organiser James Trevalyan, who has been on of the drivers to Ukraine, will host a Q and A with the audience to explain the background to the setting up of the group as well its challenges and the massive difference it continues to make.
