It’s a market that has changed drastically, in line with the growing number of non-drinkers as well as the realisation that more people are entering recovery after receiving alcohol help. But are they actually worth it? And is it worth picking up a 0% beer over a bottle of coke, for example?

Changing Attitudes Towards Drinking

Part of their popularity comes from changing attitudes towards health and wellbeing. More people are reassessing their relationship with alcohol and choosing to drink less, whether for fitness goals, mental clarity, better sleep or general lifestyle reasons.
