FORMER FEATHERSTONE LEIGH BOSS SETS UP RIVAL COMPANY

Former Featherstone Leigh estate agent manager Dan Johnson is a casualty of the closure of the Teddington branch but has wasted no time in setting up his own outfit to compete with all the High Street rivals.
He had managed the Teddington branch for 20 years and was a familiar figure in the community but has no regrets about his redundancy, telling Teddington Town that ‘when one door closes another one opens’ and is offering him a new opportunity to set up his own independent estate agency in partnership with global brand eXp.
Dan says: “This really is an exciting new chapter for me. I’ve loved working with all the members of my team over the last 20 years so it is sad but I’m most excited to bring a fresh, more personal and client-focused approach to the property market.
“A lot of my time before was taken up with the corporate side of business but now I can just focus on my clients and customers and doing what I love the most.
“With eXp’s superb software, global network of other independent agents plus my dedication to personalised service, I’m extremely excited about the positive impact I will have in the local market and being able to carry on helping people in what is a massive moment in their lives when they move home.
“I’m also so grateful for the positive support that I have received and I am pleased to say that I already have a few properties coming onto the market to offer so exciting times ahead!”
