TED LASSO SHOPLIFTER NICKED
A prolific shoplifter who repeatedly targeted the Ted Lasso merchandise shop in Paved Court, Richmond, police revealed today.
The shop, which opened in July 2024 after the global success of the Apple TV+ comedy, attracts fans from all over the world.
It stocks replica shirts, scarves, mugs and other accessories and is likely to experience another boom when Series Four of the award-winning show returns in August.
The un-named alleged shoplifter has been arrested and charged and will appear in court at a date to be fixed.
