TEDDINGTON’S PARSNIPS BRINGS BUTCHERS TO TED’S MARKET

Cafe Benedict and Parsnips is to join forces with Teddington’s Saturday market to offer a top class butchery.
They will other join regular traders for the first time at Ted’s Market at the King’s Head car park on Saturday June 27.
Ben Phillips, who owns both Cafe Benedict and Parsnips and another cafe in Radnor Gardens, still plans to open a butchers in Teddington’s High Street.
Market operator Jack Pass told Teddington Town: “Parsnips will showcase an amazing retail range of meat from lamb kofta kebabs to spatchcock chickens in different marinades.
“They will also bring a French style rotisserie, serving delicious whole chickens, and a plancha grill for ribeye steak sarnies, the ultimate BLT and a Reuben toastie.”
