Previous owner Robert Leigh said: “Brendan and Fraser have been colleagues and friends for many years. They present a dynamic partnership, and I wish them every success over the coming years.”

Fraser Allen, added: “I’ve specialised in lettings since 2010 because I love the pace of it and the relationships you build along the way. Our ambition is simple: to grow our lettings business while continuing to provide the personal and independent service we’re known for.”

Brendan said: “Fraser is the best lettings agent I’ve ever known, and more importantly, there’s no one I trust more. We’ve spent years watching this area up close. We know what works, what doesn’t, and what it deserves from all property aspects.”

Key Changes:

• Multiple high street sites replaced by one flagship hub in Richmond.
• A renewed focus on local communities and residents.
• Stronger partnerships with local businesses, including sponsorship of Richmond Rugby Football Club.
