KING’S HEAD PUB TO CLOSE FOR MAJOR REFURB
The King’s Head, probably the busiest pub in Teddington, will close down after lunch on Sunday, September 27 and reopen for dinner on Thursday, October 22 for an extensive three-week programme of refurbishment, Teddington Town can exclusively reveal.
The pub on the High Street, which is part of the award-winning Heartwood group of pubs, has a large terrace and rear garden as well as a brasserie and bar area and has enjoyed a bumper three months of business during the heatwave.
General Manager Harriet Walker told Teddington Town: “We have some very exciting and innovative plans for making better use of the space we have in the pub and I’m sure our customers will be very pleased with the results and our new look when we reopen for business.”
