London Welsh Women & Girls are holding a big open day this Sunday and everyone’s welcome. No experience needed, no Welsh background required, just turn up and give rugby a try.

Women’s Session
• Adults (all levels): 11:30–12:30
It’s a fun, friendly club with brilliant coaches, a welcoming atmosphere, and lots of beginners. If you’ve ever thought about trying rugby, or want your daughter to, this is the perfect low pressure way to try it out.
