ROADWORKS CAUSE CHAOS IN TEDDINGTON HIGH STREET

Temporary three way traffic lights and roadworks are causing traffic build ups near The King’s Head pub in the High Street, Teddington.
Three Thames Water vans are parked on the main road and the footpath near Streets jewellers is closed.
According to the contractors the three vans are not connected the roadworks.
The work, to establish three new water connections to shops and flats nearby, has been undertaken by contractors Cascade Water Services, based in Stevenage.
The work is to due to be completed by this Friday October 30.
Temporary signage warns drivers of ‘utility works’ taking place and the temporary traffic lights system.
