NEW CAVAN BAKERY IN HIGH STREET IS SET TO OPEN THIS WEEK

The return of Cavan’s new bakery in Teddington’s High Street is on course for this week as finishing touches are made to the interior and the signage.
The bakery is setting up shop in the former offices of local estate agent Featherstone Leigh, which has moved to Richmond. Their new premises is just 50 metres from their old shop with is now a vape and phone repair shop.
The new business will not operate as a cafe but will offer limited seating both inside and outside the bakery. Cavan has shops in Broad Street and Stanley Road, Teddington.
Managing director, Nicky Taylor told Teddington Town: “We are thrilled to confirm we will be returning to Teddington High Street in just a few days. We vacated our ‘little’ Teddington shop earlier this year with reluctance as we were unable to accept the landlord’s renewal terms, and have been searching for a suitable site ever since.
“The former Featherstone Leigh premises is a fantastic space for us to operate from right in the heart of the community, and we will be relaunching with a fresh new look we are confident our loyal customers will love.”
