Breaking News – Ninth Ruby (Formerly Piece-a-Kate) was burgled early hours this morning
33 Park Road, Teddington – Ninth Ruby (Formerly Piece-a-Kate) was burgled in the early hours this morning.
The main glass window was smashed and a load of jewellery stolen out the window.
A man has been caught with the jewellery and is in custody at the moment.
Police were on the scene in only a few minutes after the stores security company contacted them. They caught the thief hiding near by.
This is a huge set back for one of Teddington’s much loved local independent stores just before Christmas shopping season. They had also just had the shopfront redone.
Ninth Ruby is a treasure trove of thoughtfully sourced sterling silver vintage jewellery, each one hand selected, cleaned and polished by myself.
I also stock a smaller selection of independent businesses gold vermeil jewellery. Each piece is chosen because of its craftsmanship and beauty
