YogaBugs is fun creative yoga for children aged 2 -13 years. Classes are designed to stimulate childen’s imagination, maintain their natural flexibility and teach them to breath correctly.
YogaBugs weaves traditional yoga postures and breathing exercises and relaxation techniques into exciting stories, adventures, games and songs. Classes are a complete form of physical activity in a safe, non-competitive environment that take place either before, during or after school.

Michelle joined YogaBugs in 2008. She has been practising yoga for almost 10 years and trained as an adult teacher in 2006.
