Charity Yoga
As part of #thebiggettogether for the Princess Alice Hospice I am holding a charity yoga class.
£10 drop in fee per person with all proceeds going to the hospice.
I do have some spare mats available on a first come basis.
This event is suitable for all levels and will be an hour vinyasa flow.
