Room for Work
Room for Work is a prize-winning employability course* designed for skilled workers at all levels, including managers and professionals. If you’re a mature person struggling to get back into work — or you know you’re under-employed and want a better job — this is the programme for you. The Room for Work course provides an active, participative learning experience through a series of presentations and workshops conducted by professionals with expertise in their respective fields. In our 12-week programme participants learn current job search techniques, with an emphasis on networking, developing social media skills, improving CVs, and practising competency-based interviews.
There is a social benefit as well. Job search is a lonely activity. It definitely helps to be with others in a friendly and supportive environment.
This course is free to attend.
