The Bordeaux Trilogy – Parts 1, 2 and 3 – Bacco Restaurant
We commence our year of fine wine appreciation with a trilogy of events dedicated to Bordeaux.
The home of some of the greatest brand names in wine, Bordeaux deserves to be given our fullest attention, particularly since it is some years since we last visited!
Over three evenings at Bacco we will explore the structured Cabernet Sauvignon dominated wines of the Left Bank, the Merlot driven wines of the Right Bank, and on the final night we will explore the red and white wines of Pessac Leognan and Graves, and the sweet wines of Barsac and Sauternes.
