The Naked Trainer offers small, personalised group training in Teddington as well as 1 on 1 and buddy sessions.
Naked training focuses on the fundamental human movement patterns that your brain recognizes as the foundation to all movement. They are big believers in building a solid foundation and therefore pay special attention to posture and mobility before building functional strength, agility and power.
The training offered encourages people to push their individual boundaries and discover their body’s potential. Workouts are challenging there’s no denying it, but they also aim to be empowering, intuitive and rewarding. Naked Trainer also provides advice on balanced living, stress management and power eating that is informed, realistic and gimmick free.
Group fitness conditioning sessions are held in Bushy Park, Collis School and The Little Gym. The Naked Trainer crew are also happy to visit you for private and semi-private training or meet you in Bushy Park for some fun in the: sun / wind / rain / snow (tick as appropriate!).

The owners of Naked Trainer got fed-up with the hype from over-automated gyms. They were tired of watching people move poorly on man-made gym machines with little or no improvements. Then they were saddened by the injuries witnessed from chronic cardio and repetitive, poor movement patterns. So they decided to strip! Not themselves, but the approach to health and fitness.
