6pm Ante natal Pilates
7pm basic matwork pilates
8pm basic matwork pilates
From September, a new post natal class will be run at 12 noon on Thursdays
Anne is married with two young children and has lived in Teddington for 6 and a half years. She has worked as a physiotherapist for the past 13 years and has been based part time at Teddington Memorial Hospital in the physiotherapy outpatient department for the past six years.
Last year Anne decided to set up her own physiotherapy business and has a keen personal and professional interest in Pilates, she decided to undertake specific training to enable the setup of her own classes to compliment the new business.
