Help for Heroes fund-raising party and raffle
A series of charity fund-raising events are being held by Park Lane Stables in aid of Help for Heroes.
In addition to the sponsored Horses for Heroes ride at Ascot on the 10th of July, a ‘Heroes’ themed party is being held at Teddington Town Cricket Club (within Bushy Park) this Friday at 7:30pm.
Admittance is by ticket only which you can pre-book by emailing parklanestables@googlemail.com.
Prizes will be given out for the best dressed hero – which could be someone famous, an inspiring family member or friend. A band will be playing on the night, nibbles will be available and a raffle will be held with some fantastic prizes donated generously by local businesses including:
You don’t have to dress up and if you can’t attend, fear not you can still take part in the raffle by popping in to the stables and buying a ticket (or a few!). The prize-list is growing by the day and includes several restaurant meal vouchers, Teddington teddy bear, personal training power plate training session, acupuncture session, voucher for health treatments, breakfast for four, belly dancing meal for two, fine chocolates, full english breakfast for two, horse-riding vouchers, three Bowen treatments, £100 of theatre tickets, Build a Bear goodness and two months membership to Fitness First and a two tickets to the members enclosure at a Cowdry Park Polo match.
