Parsnips cafe opened today (sat) for the first as part of the expanding Cafe Benedict empire

A new cafe opened its doors for the first time today on Teddington’s High Street on the former site of the Refill Larder, which closed down shortly before Xmas.

The cafe is called Parsnips and is situated between Cafe Benedict and a second Parsnips which has been a pop-up cafe serving coffee, croissants and pastries but has now been closed down until it reopens as a deli later this year.

The new Parsnips represents an extension of the Cafe Benedict empire, which was launched by Ben Phillips last year.

He said: “The Teddington community has been massively supportive to our business and that has helped us expand in this new and exciting way.”

Ben has now moved to Teddington to take personal charge of the  growth and development of his business interests.
