Mental Elf – Festive Fun Run

It’s that time of year that everyone needs to look after their Mental Elf.

Richmond Borough Mind are delighted to host our first ever festive fun run – ‘Mental Elf’, taking place on Sunday 1st December at the beautiful Marble Hill Park in Twickenham.  Festive fancy dress is not essential but strongly encouraged!

Participants can choose to walk, run or jog up to 5k – the event is open to all abilities and ages; dogs welcome too!  Mental Elf is a unique family friendly event that focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise but to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing.  It promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others.
