A SIX WEEK COURSE IN MMM – MINDFUL MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION
We are experiencing ever increasing levels of stress in our daily lives and seek ways of becoming calmer and more focused. It can be difficult to find peace of mind when we are so busy and there may be many demands on us.
This 6 week course is suitable for beginners and those who have some experience of mindfulness and meditation.
We begin with gentle exercises followed by guided meditation and then a period of silent meditation where we focus on the breath. We finish with a reflective reading and time to share and discuss our own practice.
Pat MacDonald is a psychotherapist and writer. She has led Mindful Movement and Meditation workshops for a number of years and has extensive experience of the theory and practice of mindfulness and meditation.
