New Coronavirus Test Site To Be Hosted At St Mary’s
St Mary’s University, located on Broom Road, Teddington, have partnered up with Richmond Council to host a Coronavirus walk in test site at the Teddington Lock Sports Campus car park.
This testing centre will boost local testing capacity, alongside the permanent testing entre at Twickenham Stadium and the mobile site at Old Deer Park, Richmond.
This new site will being operations in the next few weeks and will be open seven days a week from 8am to 8pm.
However to access a test, you have to book an appointment. Test appointments are available to those who show Coronavirus symptoms – a high temperature, a new cough, loss or change of sense to smell or taste. Tests can be booked using the new NHS Covid-19 app.
If you are visiting the site for testing you’ll be required to follow strict health measures such as, social distancing, wearing face masks, practising good personal hygiene and not travelling by taxi or public transport, including whilst travelling to and from the testing site.
