Teddington’s Beer Festival had a storming Saturday night with over 450 people attending the Landmark Arts Centre for an evening of rock ‘n’ roll and over 75 different beers to choose from as well as plenty of food.

Over 35 breweries were represented with 19 keg beers, 21 ciders, 3 mead as well as none and low alcohol options too.

The three days event helps raise funds for the Landmark Arts Centre and maintain its impressive calendar of events and cultural and community activities, ranging from craft fairs, to concerts, art workshops and choirs.

The Saturday night events included a performance from the choir Mansong and the band GTA, making its third appearance at the Festival and bringing the house down with its brilliant versions of rock classics.

The Festival continues tomorrow (sunday) when you can return with your free glass and help finish off the remaining beers with music from Tracy Ray and her band and Sunday roast beef rolls.

The beers featured included those from local breweries at Thames Ditton, Twickenham, Kingston, Wandsworth and Wimbledon and Worcester Park and further afield from Somerset, Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
