Njinga Cycling, an Indoor Cycling and performance lab, are launching an indoor cycling programme in their Hampton Wick studio on the 6th March until the 12th April 2017. Their programme, specifically designed by a British Cycling coach to produce results, will help you to become a stronger cyclist and guaranteed to have you climbing hills faster than ever before over the course of the 6 weeks.

If you are looking to kick start your training at the start of next year and improve your climbing potential, Njinga cycling are offering a training programme like no other! Njinga’s state of the art Wattbikes will help transform your cycling, whilst their unique cycling community will challenge your limits with your fellow riders.

Njinga’s indoor training programme will provide:

• Improved power to weight ratio based on the 7-minute Mountain Goat Interval Test
• Group indoor training, building confidence, with the focus on improving your climbing potential

Njinga’s Spring Mountain Goat Climber Group Indoor Training Programme is specifically designed by a British Cycling Coach to produce results and ultimately is perfect for cyclists wanting to improve their climbing potential during a hilly sportive or race. Their programme has been designed to culminate with an optional involvement in the Giro d’Sardegna 2017 (22nd-28th April 2017) to help track how far you have come.

The guys were great at pushing people to find every bit of energy; and whilst everyone in the group had different targets, it was great that a sense of camaraderie grew across the group, with everyone willing each other on to hit their targets.
